Some thoughts on the Integral Community – Einige Gedanken zur Integralen Gemeinschaft

I have watched this within me, and I am watching this again and again in people who are new to the Integral Community/ Movement (although I think it is none of this in reality, yet) and whom I have seen come and go…

In the beginning there is this great magic of „falling in love“. Everything is great, a sense of homecoming… I have finally met my tribe! …and a sense of enthusiasm and passion… Wow, what can all of us create together? Let’s change the World!

Then there is the great disappointment, the falling-out-of-love: people in the so-called Integral Circles don’t seem to be as enlightened or integrated as we thought they would (or should) be (and of course we forget that that is true for ourselves as well). Oh, probably they are not REALLY integral – they must be green or orange or red or whatever color comes to mind… And/or we experience that others call US not integral (worst of all GREEN ;-))…

The concept of trust — Das Konzept des Vertrauens

The concept of trust is dissolving for me more and more, at least if it means to trust some kind of future outcome. So often I hear that people say we need to trust that everything will turn out okay… And I feel that this is just nonsense… the biggest illusion ever. To trust in this sense is the egocentric view that somehow the whole world should follow my wishes… The only thing we know for sure is that we will die some day, that nothing is permanent…

What happens for me right now in my life is that I am more and more present in the moment, feeling the deep connection to myself, the others and the situation I am in. And I am finding that those seemingly three connections are in reality ONE. None of them can be there without the others present simultaneously.
