In einigen Threads und auch Gruppen auf Facebook ging und geht es in letzter Zeit um das Wir von Frauen, u.a. um die Frage, warum „wir Frauen“ uns oft so schwer damit tun, ein wirkliches Wir zu bilden. Dieses Wir scheint in der modernen Welt verloren gegangen zu sein, und so greifen wir oft, wenn wir dennoch danach suchen, auf die alten die magisch-mythischen Formen zurück. Doch wie könnten neue Formen aussehen für dieses Wir, die darüber hinausgehen?

The resonance I have gotten so far from readers of my post “Looking for companions here” was quite overwhelming. Some really beautiful comments and discussions on Facebook as well as some wonderful talks through skype, and we are not yet finished.
Some people told me they found me courageous… Others might have thought that I must be a little naïve– to say the least… to show up like that…
Yet, the times of the lone warrior are definitely over, as are the times of the heroic leader. And I am not reviving the huge “spaceship”-visions (meaning visions that are like spaceships hanging in the clouds without any possibility for landing) either.

Some thoughts on the Integral Community – Einige Gedanken zur Integralen Gemeinschaft

I have watched this within me, and I am watching this again and again in people who are new to the Integral Community/ Movement (although I think it is none of this in reality, yet) and whom I have seen come and go…
In the beginning there is this great magic of „falling in love“. Everything is great, a sense of homecoming… I have finally met my tribe! …and a sense of enthusiasm and passion… Wow, what can all of us create together? Let’s change the World!
Then there is the great disappointment, the falling-out-of-love: people in the so-called Integral Circles don’t seem to be as enlightened or integrated as we thought they would (or should) be (and of course we forget that that is true for ourselves as well). Oh, probably they are not REALLY integral – they must be green or orange or red or whatever color comes to mind… And/or we experience that others call US not integral (worst of all GREEN ;-))…

The concept of trust is dissolving for me more and more, at least if it means to trust some kind of future outcome. So often I hear that people say we need to trust that everything will turn out okay… And I feel that this is just nonsense… the biggest illusion ever. To trust in this sense is the egocentric view that somehow the whole world should follow my wishes… The only thing we know for sure is that we will die some day, that nothing is permanent…
What happens for me right now in my life is that I am more and more present in the moment, feeling the deep connection to myself, the others and the situation I am in. And I am finding that those seemingly three connections are in reality ONE. None of them can be there without the others present simultaneously.
